Induction into the District Lions Hall of Fame signifies a Lion’s noteworthy contributions to the ideals of Lionism through the Lions Club, District and community, it is not intended to be a longevity award. All living nominees must be current members in good standing of a District 37 Lions Club.

This form/application must be submitted at least 30 days before the district convention.
