3rd Vice District Governor Gary Bissell
Hello fellow Lions! I would like to introduce myself. I am Gary Bissell and I’ve been a lion for about 14 years. My wife, Lion Brenda, and I have been married for nine years. We are originally from California, where both of us were members of the Lindon Lions club. I served as a director, 2nd and 1st Vice President and President in 2015/16.
We moved to Billings, Montana about four years ago and I’m now a retired truck driver. Brenda has family here and that’s how we ended up in this beautiful state. I’m a member of the Billings Heights Lions Club and I’ve been a lion for 14 years. We are looking forward to meeting each of you in our travels, through-out this great state of Montana that we now call home. Brenda and I like to explore Montana and visit different festivals and shows at the Metra.
We strive to remain transparent about our organizational structure, budget policies, project endorsements, and other policies and procedures that drive how our district operates.
